1. The "Social Media Audit" service is a one-off digital service: an evaluation of a brand's publicly
available profiles according to an audit methodology, delivered as an online report and a PDF document.
2. The price of a single audit is €50 (we are not VAT payers unless stated otherwise). Multi-audit
packages are agreed individually. The audit is prepared after payment is received, based on the order details.
3. The audit output is based on publicly available information at the time of preparation. Items that
cannot be verified from public sources are explicitly marked in the audit. The audit is advisory in
nature — it is not a binding expert opinion and the provider is not liable for business decisions made
on its basis.
4. As this is custom-made digital content, the contract cannot be withdrawn from after the audit is
delivered. If the audit could not be prepared (e.g. non-existent profiles), the payment is refunded in full.
5. Complaints and questions: reply to the e-mail from which you received your audit.
1. We process only the data needed to fulfil your order: e-mail address, brand name and links to public
profiles. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
2. Order data and prepared audits are retained for the time needed to provide the service and to meet
legal obligations (accounting). We do not share them with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. When preparing the audit, publicly available profile information is processed via the API of
Anthropic (Claude AI) as a data processor.
4. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data — just write to our contact e-mail.
