Terms of Service
1. Scope of the service
The “Social Media Audit” service is a digital service: an evaluation of a brand’s publicly available profiles and website according to the provider’s audit methodology. The output is an online report and a PDF document with a 0–100 score for each evaluated platform, findings, recommendations and a 30-day action plan.
2. Prices and packages
Prices are final: 1 audit €50, package of 3 audits €120, package of 5 audits €180. We are not VAT payers; no VAT is added to the price.
One audit = one brand and any combination of its profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, website), including an optional comparison with up to 3 competitors.
Audits purchased in a package are valid for 12 months from payment and are non-transferable.
3. Contract and delivery
The contract is concluded by payment via the Stripe payment gateway. Immediately after payment the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail together with a private link for running the audits; this confirmation constitutes confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
An audit is normally completed within 30 minutes of submitting the profiles, and no later than 24 hours. If an audit cannot be produced (for example the profiles do not exist or are not public), the provider informs the customer and the unused credit remains on the account or is refunded on request.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. As this is a digital service supplied online, when ordering the customer expressly consents to the service starting before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that once the service has been fully performed (the finished audit delivered) the right of withdrawal is lost pursuant to §19(1)(l) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll.
The customer grants this consent by ticking a checkbox at checkout before payment and receives confirmation of it by e-mail.
Unused audits from a package can be refunded at any time during their validity; a pro-rata part of the price is returned.
A withdrawal notice can simply be sent by e-mail to auditkukra@auditkukra.sk.
5. Complaints procedure
A complaint about a defect in the service can be submitted by e-mail to auditkukra@auditkukra.sk
or in writing to the registered address. The provider confirms receipt without delay and resolves the complaint no later than 30 days after it is submitted.
A defect includes in particular non-delivery of the audit, an incomplete output or a manifestly incorrect evaluation. In the case of a justified complaint the customer is entitled to a free re-run of the audit or to a refund.
6. Alternative dispute resolution
If the customer is not satisfied with the handling of a complaint, they may ask the provider for redress. If the provider replies negatively or does not reply within 30 days, the consumer has the right to submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the Slovak Trade Inspection
(soi.sk)
or use the European online dispute resolution platform
(ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
7. Nature of the output and confidentiality
The audit is based on publicly available information at the time it is produced. Items that cannot be verified from public sources are explicitly marked as unverified, together with guidance on how the customer can verify them internally. The audit is advisory in nature and the provider is not liable for business decisions made on its basis.
We do not publish customer audits or share them with third parties without their express written consent.

Recipients (processors)
Anthropic PBC (USA) – text processing while producing the audit; Stripe Payments Europe (Ireland) – payment processing; Resend (USA) – sending e-mails; Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) – server hosting; Google Ireland (Google Fonts) – loading web fonts when the page is displayed.
Transfers to the USA (Anthropic, Resend) take place on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified.
Facebook and Instagram connection (Meta API)
If a customer voluntarily connects their Facebook Page (and the Instagram account linked to it), we obtain from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. via the Meta Graph API, solely for the purpose of producing a more accurate audit, the following data: the Facebook user identifier, names, usernames and identifiers of the managed Pages, read-only Page access tokens, the username of the linked Instagram account and summary statistics of the Page and account (followers, reach, interactions, number and performance of posts over the last 90 days). The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); we keep the access data until the customer cancels the connection with the “Disconnect” button on their audits page, thereby withdrawing consent at any time — afterwards only summary figures remain in the report (24 months, like the audit itself). We never publish the data, never post to the Page and do not share it with third parties other than for processing the report text (Anthropic). Cookies
We store one technical cookie (language choice, administration login and a one-time check that the Facebook connection is completed by the same browser that started it) which is strictly necessary for the site to work and therefore does not require consent.
If you consent in the cookie bar, the Meta Pixel measurement service (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) is loaded. It lets us see whether you arrived from our Facebook or Instagram ad and measure events (page view, starting a trial audit, purchase). Meta processes your IP address and browser identifiers under its own privacy policy; data transfers to the USA rely on standard contractual clauses. Without consent the pixel is never loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site data in your browser (item "ak_cookies").
We measure site traffic with Umami, which runs on our own server in the EU. It uses no cookies, stores no IP address or other personal data and does not track you across sites — we only see aggregate counts (how many people came, from where and which pages they viewed). Private links to your audits are never sent to the statistics.
Third-party data in audits
The audit evaluates publicly available profile content which may also contain personal data of third parties (for example names of authors of public reviews). We process such data to the minimum extent, solely for the purpose of producing the audit for the customer, and do not keep it longer than the audit itself.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Just send your request to auditkukra@auditkukra.sk.
