What Meta data we keep
If you connect a Facebook Page to your AuditKUKRA account, we store only: your Facebook user identifier, the names, usernames and identifiers of the connected Pages, the Page access tokens and the username of the linked Instagram account. Statistics (followers, reach, interactions, posting frequency) are loaded fresh during each audit and only summary figures remain in the report itself.
How to delete the data
- Fastest: open your private audits link (/moje/…). In the form for starting an audit — where Facebook is linked with the “Log in with Facebook” button — there is a “Disconnect” button below the list of connected Pages. Tokens and identifiers are deleted immediately.
- Via Facebook: in Facebook Settings open “Apps and Websites”, find AuditKUKRA and choose “Remove”. Facebook automatically sends us a deletion request and we erase the connection; you receive a confirmation code that you can check on this page.
- By e-mail: write to auditkukra@auditkukra.sk from the address the account was created with and we will delete the data within 30 days.
Disconnecting does not affect finished audits — reports remain available, but contain only summary figures, never access credentials. More in our terms and privacy policy.
