How long does an audit take?
Most audits are finished within 30 minutes of submitting the profiles. Contractually we guarantee delivery within 24 hours. The free trial mini-audit takes 1–3 minutes.
What if my profile is not public?
The agent works with publicly available information. If a profile is private, some items are marked as unverified with guidance on how to check them internally. If nothing can be evaluated, we do not produce the audit and your credit remains unused.
Do I need to install anything or grant access?
No. A link to a public profile is enough. If you want a more accurate audit you can optionally log in with Facebook — nothing gets installed.
What does Facebook login give me?
It is part of the app and comes with every package. Once you connect a Page you manage, the audit works not only from public data but from real statistics — post reach and engagement, follower growth, audience demographics and ad performance. Fewer items stay “unverified” and the report gets a “data verified via the Meta API” badge. Without logging in the audit runs normally, just from public data.
Is Facebook login safe?
Yes. You sign in directly with Facebook through the official Meta login — you never give us your password and we never see it. We only read statistics: we never publish, post or change anything. The data is used solely for your audit and is never sold or shared. You can disconnect at any time with one click and we delete everything about the connection.
Which platforms do you evaluate?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and your website. Any combination works — you do not pay for networks you do not use.
How is the 0–100 score calculated?
Each platform is evaluated item by item against a fixed audit template (first impression, content, community, statistics, ads). Items that cannot be verified from public sources are marked as unverified and do not receive full points — the score therefore always comes with a written explanation.
In which language will I get the report?
In Slovak or English, depending on the language selected on the website when you start the audit.
Can I hand the audit over to my client?
Yes. The PDF report is ready to hand over and we never publish customer audits. For agencies we can also arrange custom report branding — just contact us.
Is the price final? Can I pay by card?
The price is final, we are not VAT payers and nothing is added to it. Payment is by card via Stripe; we never receive your card details.
How long are package credits valid?
12 months from payment. Unused audits are refunded on request during this period.
What if I am not satisfied with the audit?
Before you buy, try the free trial audit — you will see exactly what the output looks like. If a purchased audit is not delivered, is incomplete or is manifestly incorrectly evaluated, contact us: we handle complaints within 30 days and resolve a justified one by correcting the audit or refunding the price.
